Mark Goodman has a unique blend of public and private sector residential development experience having served as a Project Planner and Environmental Analyst for the County of Orange, California Planning Department, Director of Entitlements for KB Home in Anaheim, CA., Senior Policy Advisor on Regional Transportation and Affordable Housing for former Orange County Supervisor Thomas Riley, and Director of Development for Shapell Homes in Los Angeles.
After having served as Political Advisor to Public Policy decision makers, Mark became a decision-maker himself when he was elected to the Laguna Niguel, CA., City Council, and thereafter Mayor of the City.

Mark served two terms as Mayor and was a Board Member of the Orange County Fire Authority Board of Directors, and a Board Member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Transportation Corridor Agencies. Mark was also the Acting Planning Director for the City of Norwalk, CA. He has served on numerous Countywide Boards and Committees involved with Regional Government and Affordable Housing.
