Background and Experience

Randy Reinhart brings an abundance of high-level expertise in the land acquisition and entitlement profession. He has been integral in sourcing and transacting land acquisitions and obtaining residential development infill, urban sprawl, and mixed-use land approvals valued in excess of $500 Million in southern and northern California and Nevada.

He has vast experience negotiating land purchase contracts, option agreements and joint ventures, resulting in high profits and returns for stakeholders on numerous residential subdivisions and thousands of lots.

Randy also has public speaking experience and has made numerous project presentations before City Councils, Planning Commissions and Boards of Supervisors on the entitlement aspects of a deal, as well as private negotiations with New Home Builder Corporate Land Committees — Presidents — Land Acquisition Personnel — and Controllers on the deal-making side of selling an entitled land asset.
